In Latin, taedium edax rerum means “boredom, destroyer of all things.” Started on October 8th, 2008, by Doug and Yamane Ishi, Taedium Edax Rerum is a blog about the things we find interesting (or, occasionally, the things that annoy us) enough to write about, with little or no overarching theme.

Why? We believe there are three fundamental reasons why we started this blog:
Reason #1: For shits and giggles (also known as “the Ultimate Reason”)
Reason #2: It seemed like a good idea at the time
Reason #3: We had nothing better to do
